Alcohol: 12% vol

Note: smooth and fruity wine with shiny tones. Must fermentation at low temperature; the result is a traditional white wine from Penedés which is very fine on the palate and an excellent accompaniment for an appetizer. Serve between 6o and 8o.

Food Pairing: Paté, Burgos cheese, Brie, Camembert, ham, marinated salmon, tortilla

Negre Arrels Montau de Sadurni

Variety: 65% Syrah 35% Cabernet Sauvignon

Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22ºC. Long maceration with the grape skins

Alcohol: 12% vol

Note: intense cherry color, redolent aroma of Black berries, smooth on the palate. With strong tannins and good persistence.

Food Pairing: plain dishes, soft cheeses, Camembert, Serrano ham

Rosat Arrels Montau de Sadurni

Variety: 100% Merlot

Fermentation: n stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18ºC. Maceration with the grape skins during some hours.
Vintage: 0
Alcohol: 12% vol

Note: rubi red with cherry tones. Light, bottled during its first year. Smooth and attractive primeur aromas, wide on the palate and very smart. Serve between 6o and 8o.

Food Pairing: Goat cheese, Burgos cheese, cold and hot soufflés, white ham, white sausage, strawberries
